The location is great, within walking distance to bars and restaurants, the staff in the club are pleasant, there is parking available on-site, and the meals are excellent.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in decent size rooms were awesome. I really enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Consistently courteous employees in the club and kept the hotel clean. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was really convenient. Also, location was marvellous and peaceful, right by Rand Merchant Bank.

All the staff were eager to help. Friendly service, good sized room complete with all the amenities, the shower, Excellent breakfast.

This place is located centrally near a great seafood restaurant, the staff are friendly, and the lounge area is very enjoyable.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Johannesburg, had much fun and met amazingly nice and consistently courteous staff in the club. The location was marvellous and peaceful, for example, Nelson Mandela Square was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Shopping malls and a supermarket were right next door.

The staff in the club are especially helpful and attentive. The rooms are brand new with comfortable beds, nice views, and a safe. The hotel is located in a peaceful and convenient area, just a 15-minute walk to Nelson Mandela Square.

The Restaurant, no service, food was not up to standard, prices very high.

The location near Rand Merchant Bank was wonderful, the surrounding area was fantastic, the restaurant provided delicious hot dishes, and having a view of the garden was a lovely extra touch.

Hotel Staff seems to be sometimes very unorganized, especially the organization of the free Shuttle Bus to Shopping center is not very good, the Bus is often not in time or basically not available.

The room was aesthetically pleasing with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast service was great and the food was good. The checkout time was convenient at 11 AM. The menu and prices were readily available in the room.

The functionwas put together very well.

Front desk was understaffed. The 1st room was suppose to be smokefree - it was not. The 2nd room the phones did not wor nor did the tv. No turndown services. All in all not a five star experience!
